company is trying to figure out how to redefine itself since CEO was let go and lots of turnover of employees as a result. They are now working on being "lean six sigma" and reorganizing the company. It may turn out to be the best thing that the company can do. Pay is not comparable with other companies that hire mental health professionals from - more... federal and state agencies but comparable with other nonprofit community mental health organizations. - less
Proscan earn PTO, and at least at the clinic I am at the manager doesn't have any quarms about when you take your PTO
Consthis is community mental health, so many hard mental health cases with very few if any quick resolutions
