company is trying to figure out how to redefine itself since CEO was let go and lots of turnover of employees as a result. They are now working on being "lean six sigma" and reorganizing the company. can earn PTO, and at least at the clinic I am at the manager doesn't have any quarms about when you take your PTO
Cons
this is community mental health, so many hard mental health cases with very few if any quick resolutions
