First of all, go ahead and clear out your whole staff. Especially at the Coal Grove office. You all let rude people work there after they continuously get complaints but treat your genuine employees AWFUL. Your pay sucks, your attitude sucks, HR sucks. You might as well just give up or start over. I’d be glad to tell you everything that would make your company better because I’ve seen it from the inside and out.

Sad. They will continue to cut back on staff and force the people there to work long hours and in unsafe scenarios just so leadership can earn bigger bonuses for running departments understaffed. Do more with less, to the extreme.

Work pace would vary based on time of year in Urgent and Quick Care settings. It was an extremely busy flu season, averaging 30+ patients/daily for sole provider. Summer time is generally slower but pace is still steady.

It's pretty hard to get an interview there and they don't get back to you about your resume.

It didn't take long once I had my interview, after a few days HD called me to offer me the job then had to go do all paper work, and spend a week in orientation and then spend about 10 days on orientation on day shift before I went to nights.

I went to school there so I had a foot in the door, but outside hires have to be super aggressive pursuing HR and management and takes 6+ months to get an interview even when positions have been open for over a year
