Pay extra attention to supporting staff because they set the mood for the entire patient experience. You can be one heck of a primary care provider, but I firmly believe that the #1 goal should be this: provide a warm and inviting experience throught the time that leads to the actual appointment. Whoever excels at this, should be properly recognized.
