If everyone keeps their heads together, we can push through any obstacle! Patient always comes first. Pay extra attention to supporting staff because they set the mood for the entire patient experience. You can be one heck of a primary care provider, but I firmly believe that the #1 goal should be this: provide a warm and inviting experience throught the time that leads to the actual appointment. Whoever excels at this, should be properly recognized.

They are growing and will withstand the economic changes in healthcare. They have never downsized (cut employees) unlike the larger neighboring corporations.
