To be a good CNA. Always think them like your own grand parent, and give good personal care. Respect their wishes. I know this is your kinda challenges work, but then also be patience, you will be able to become successful CNA.

We have team work. Senior co-worker and nurse gonna help, if we feel difficut to work. They give us orentation, which help us to improve our skill. Mostly residents came from different cultures, so we have to respect their culture.
