What is the best part of working at the company? The benefitsWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?Dealing with the manager. She plays favorites and if your not one of them. Watch out. You will get written up for the littlest thing. But her favorites can do exactly the same thing and nothing happens to themWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?New hires are trained to be rude to customers. Watching your coworkers treat people with rudeness and disrespect can get really humiliating. But don't question them about it; otherwise, you will be treated the same way. They will stop talking to you and talk about you behind your back. It is like being in junior high school, or worse. extremely immature employees. Not all of them, but for the most part, they act that way. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Clock in, count your money, and help customers at the register. Take a look around the store and do all the work the shift in front of you was supposed to do.then do your own work in between helping customers.

The company, overall, is okay to work for. Expect management to do a lot of micromanaging and there isn’t much overtime. It’s also very difficult to advance unless you apply for a different position. The pay is biweekly and insurance costs are pretty high compared to other companies. You do get a company phone, they have a health and wellness program, nice PTO (about 5 hrs per check), uniform shirts.

Feels like home. Management is caring and kind.I recommend Valley Pacific as a supplier and as an employer. This company is growing so fast, but it still has a small company feel to it

Good pay if you can stay busy enough to get the hours.Never going to see a day shift with week ends off. Seniority doesn’t seem to matter much. They will hire a guy off of the street, and put him on a day shift in front of you, if he has more experience. Slip seat, old equipment, short on equipment and hours but still hiring? Not ideal but better than average.
