Not long, employee turnover is high so they are trying to get people in the door as quickly as possible.

There is at least 1 face to face interview, then if that goes well, they'll call you within a week with an offer. Make sure you get them to give you a written offer because otherwise they WILL give you one hourly rate verbally and when you get your first paycheck, you'll find out that they're paying you 50 cents to $1.50 LESS than what they offered you on the phone. You then have to fill out an application and a background check form. The background check seems to take around 2 weeks. Once the background check comes back, if that is clear, they'll have you go for a drug test. They literally told me that I had 45 minutes from the time they called me about the drug test, to actually get it done. I was at work at my former job at the time, so I had to make up an excuse to leave immediately, then go to Valley's plant to get swabbed. I thought that was the extent of it, then I had to drive yet another half hour to go get a urine screen at an urgent care facility. After all of that, it takes Valley about another week or so to get back to you and give you a start date, so you'd be looking at a minimum month to a month and a half to get hired and that's if Valley is in a hurry to bring you on. If they decide to drag their feet, you'd be looking at a couple of months or more.
