Dealing with the staff and patients. The hospital is under the Plane Tree model which takes the best of Hospitals, Hotels and Spas and puts them together under one roof to help facilitate healing.

HR department lacks morals.
Nurse (Former Employee) –  Glenwood Springs, COMarch 20, 2018
Upper management make an incredible salary and do so off the backs of point of care employees. This hospital only makes budget driven decisions.

There is a revolving door in most all departments but certainly in nursing.

The CEO needs to read his mission statement.
Pros
Cafeteria has excellent food!
Cons
Decision makers lack morals, ethics and have dollar signs in their eyes.
