Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZJanuary 14, 2018
High turnover organization. Flexibility to work from home but you are really expected to be plugged in at least 18 hours a day and weekends. Never felt I was off work. Has a great mission statement, and you do feel connected with the community most times, but when you see how much the internal politics interferes with achieving the stated goals it becomes very discouraging to work for or donate to charity.
Pros
Benefits. Many people are supportive coworkers.
Cons
Cutthroat politics interfere with mission. No assigned seating. Never really off from work.

Time management, hardest part of the job was seeing what the world is really like.
The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing what difference can be made in the world.
