Stressful calls but short days
After getting situated the day is filled with calls, invoice management and paper work to deal with. This is where I got accustomed to fast paced and effective customer service. Management was very approachable and friendly but disappeared from time to time. The workplace culture is very down to earth and effective in customer satisfaction. The most - more... challenging moment is the initial learning curve as the user interface is not very user friendly and requires practice. The most enjoyable part of the job is confirming deliveries by calling customers as as they are very easy and quick calls. - less
