Horrible Experience working in the home office

This company is not interested in their workers, or their customers. In customer service, I was told I was "Wearing my customer hat" too much (it is not meant as a compliment).. It was one of the most unprofessional places I ever worked. Management was like an old boys club. As a customer service representative, we were constantly being yelled at and cursed out by customers, who were angered by our inability to help them. I have never been treated like such a loser at any job I've had before or since.
I was never asked to work overtime
low pay, expensive benefits, treated like garbage by garbage
