Outside recruiter phone screen, 3 days later a Vanguard phone interview, 2 days later a group interview on location and the next day I got an offer letter. I accepted, was relocated and 3 weeks later began my first day.

I had a phone interview in September and they said the start date for this position wasn't until next year...

Phone interview then group interview, it took a month total

It took about 2 months. Forms to fill out and send back. Also drug screening and studying for licensing.
