This company tries to embrace a fun culture, but it falls short. The office is stuffy and quiet. The Directors will only help with things that they want to. The heavy hand is missing to get people to do anything other than client work.
It's not fun. But it pays well and the people are nice. The CEO shouldn't have clients of his own. He should have the Directors do the client work so he can focus on growing the company and, you know, CEO things!
People are nice, happy hours and stuff
Some directors need to go, CEO needs to be able to focus on bigger picture
