No culture and poor direction from senior management. Associates are some of the best I have seen.t
Don't care about your integrity and hard work you put in. Regional managers care about you but upper management don't care and base decisions on rumors or new loss prevention and others that don't really know the facts and employee morale issues. Based on previous jobs in retail this is by far the worst for employees and management.
