8 answers

  • Application followed by an invitation for a recorded video interview. Then an online interview was scheduled with a team member.

  • Began with a video interview through HireVue, then had a video interview broken into two chunks with two different interviewers. It was very laid-back and easy-going. The interviewers were super friendly and made me excited to work there!

  • Sample work

  • The hoops VT has applicants jump through is ridiculous. It makes me never want to work for the company or recommend them to anyone else.
The application process is too long. If yours passes their ATS, they make you do a video interview with a robot, Hirevue. That way, VT never has to interact with a real person, the candidate. I'm sure this guarantees the company hires only the "best" candidates.

  • It is far too comprehensive to justify the measly pay.

  • Quick..they are always in need od new sales directors because of turnover.

  • You record an interview and send it to them, answering a few questions. You are then invited for a phone interview where they ask you what subjects you will teach. You are hired without ever meeting anyone from the company.

  • Phone call with recruiter.

    Skype with CTO.

    Submitted sample app.
