Sad for the veterinary field and those of us veterans and credentialed. It is driving away those of us good people. I have had just about enough after 30 yrs in this field. What was once a family environment and you actually enjoyed your job has become grueling and difficult to be an employee. The focus is on what's wrong or perceived as wrong, reinvention of the wheel. I see no job loyalty and dedication. Sad, sad. Ultimately for the animals.
