Dental, retirement plan, medical insurance

High price for medical. No retirement- all self funded.
The benefits suck!!! Medical is crazy expensive especially if you have a family to provide for and then when you do use the insurance it doesn't cover because you haven't met your $3000 to $5,000 deductible. So frustrating!!
The only good benefit is the pet care discount
There is a nice discount on vet care BUT there is a loop hole. You are only allowed 3 pets and they have to be chosen at a certain time every year. Say you only have 1 or 2 pets and you get a 2nd or 3rd they will make you wait for the discount even though you haven't met your max. Also depends on if you're a favorite. One women was allowed to make a fake pet profile and then got to use it on the dog she got randomly got and fully took advantage. I adopted a sick pet from the hospital and was forced to pay full price for all. The whole company is pathetic. If one of your pets that aren't on the list gets sick forget it, expect to pay full price unless you're hooking up with the hospital manager or really close to the vet on call who will "fudge" or not even bother putting in a bill.
