Since Vectrus is a military contractor, you must meet several requirements to be assigned to duty. However, once all requirements are complete you will be provided a date for deployment and must go through medical testing and within days you are shipped to your new location. Vectrus employs some great leadership people, who check on your and ensure you understand how to get to work and know what to do. You will be provided living quarters, typically an apartment and meet many of the people you will be working with. Each assignment varies by the number of days worked, as well as the amount of hours per day. However, the company does everything possible to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible with the realization this is a desert environment in the Middle East typically.
