PTO policy is advertised to potential candidates as unlimited but don’t plan on taking more than a few days off and you will be treated like a criminal for taking even those days. If your sick work from home.

The CEO and mission statements are admirable. The ugly parts of working at Veeva are only known internally. Veeva still has a positive reputation on the market and a place to be proud to work for, just not as pleasant to be an employee vs a customer.

Talk to your workers 1:1 they know your product, they know the customers demands, and some of them know how to make it better for all. VPs are too busy micromanaging and blaming to learn the competition or understand the request from customers.
