What is it like to work at Vein Clinics of America?
I would not recommend working here

Management does not care about employees OR patients. Short-sighted and poor communication. No direction given. Unfair bonus structure and low salary. Upper management does not know what is really happening "on the ground" and makes uninformed decisions. Will not listen to employee input.
What do employees say about Vein Clinics of America's culture and work-life balance?
Employees are treated like work-horses while patients are treated like cattle

Vein Clinics of America is all about making money. Their focus is on how many patients they can cram through the clinics. Staff are stressed because the focus is on the bottom line. Poor management is also a large problem. This leads to a sour workplace culture in which the staff are disgruntled and unhappy. There is high turnover.
