Work hard, get nowhere - only good job for project devs

Don't blame your broken websites on support. Create websites that function AT LAUNCH, so that support can focus on small bugs and features as they are supposed to.
phenomenal coworkers, overall laid back environment, able to mostly handle your own workloads (not a lot of micro-management)
management is awful, hands off until it is too late, project devs are allowed to slack, support team gets unfinished (but still launched) websites dumped on them, expected to "fix" the websites that have poor functionality/can't catch up
