No structured training program because they throw you to the wolves, literally. He's the boss, the wolf. But he's cool too. I learned so much working here and it was a very dynamic environment. Fun and family atmosphere. But they are serious about you being the best you that you can be. If you're a slacker you will feel it and they will ride you hard to get you to straighten up or get out. My work/life balance was off because I had serious obligations at home. As the result, the job became more stressful than it was worth. The compensation for such a demanding and "high profile" position was poor. Unless, you have a degree, you will not feel well compensated working there. But if you want to work somewhere you love going to every day, check them out! I miss it but not really.
free food, wonderful people, exciting industry, honest people
brutal training program, poor planning, some verbal abuse (really)
