As long as you just go and do your job and go home you’re fine. Very boring work for people who get tired of doing the same exact thing every day. But if you enjoy it would be a good place for you to work. The pay isn’t the best for the work done. Management isn’t all that bad at times they can be though. Most of the workers are like dealing with high school drama and the managers are more like babysitters. Not good job for people sensitive to heat or cold.

Supervisor recognized me as a valuable and productive employee.I was recognized in company meetings. Company provides free water, Gatorade, and popsicles during the hot part of the year and encourages hydration along with education about heat stroke.

I learned how to assemble varius types of fans. I most enjoyed the different kinds of people I met. Our management wasnt very good. A typical day at work was building fans and packaging them and shipping them out.
