Make the hiring process a little smoother. Even though the contract with CMS is split between different sub-contracts, I think the raises for equal performance need to be equal. One person giving 5-star performance for the Ventech contract might get a $1 raise while the person giving 5-star performance for the Telesis sub-contract might get a .30-.50 cent raise.

In my particular position, I work with the Renal Community. The most stressful time is the tail end and first four months of the year when all the dialysis facilities are doing their annual reporting to CMS. The reporting process can be confusing and each call can take a really long time and it's back to back calls.

I did leave because it was toxic and the worst place I have ever worked. Ventech is based on lies, and they expect the staff to propagate those lies to the clients.

I enjoyed what I did, but I was micro managed and it made it really hard after awhile. This position under present management was the most stressfull environment I have ever worked. I hated it in the end, I had even begun to look within the company for another position but it was to late. My management did not even offer to see if we could find a better role for me in the company and just let me go. It has been months and I am still upset over how unprofessionally it was handled.

I would work my 8 hours and then work more on my own time trying to catch up from being a short staffed team. Unless I was actively dealing with other workers after my 8 hours, the overtime was not claimed.
