I've been involved with Veracity since it's inception as a newly organized venture from previous ownership. It's exciting to see growth and new opportunities in developing programs and departments. When first hired there were around 15 employees and now there are more than 70. They payed for my training, studying time and cost of taking the Utah Property and Casualty Insurance test. I've had many different job titles and responsibilities in different departments but have spent most of my time on our online insurance offerings and am in the marketing department.
I mostly appreciate management in my department that allows for self planning and starting. If you are driven, willing to learn and work hard you will be rewarded.
