I absolutley love the current company i am employed with. Great environment with little to no conflict from top to bottom. Very family like crew. Not to mention the passion that this crew has is almost unmatchable. The give the patients exactly what they want and need. We have 100s of patients and somehow this crew has an actual connection with every single one of them.

Toxic

Very toxic place to work, would not recommend. A lot of politics about being and staying compliant with the board but no training or direction which then leads to more compliancy issues. Male employees are able to talk over and down to others including patients with no reprimand

Strange high school like work environment

Strange high school like work environment where managers and people they hired from Newark all hold highest position regardless off skill or work Ethic. New employees are made to carry the majority workload while “higher ups” just fill in.
