8:30-5:00 no exceptions unless you're a managerial favorite. Absolutely no flexibility. Even in bad weather when authorities say to stay off roads, if you work from home you must take a half vacation day. Too much to do in a 40 hr work week, overtime is permitted but you better be in the office! Managers abuse the work from home policy. Will make you come in in bad weather while they stay home.
