Overall good company to work for. Great benefits including yearly bonus. Nice people around you to work with. Depending on your manager, it may be micromanaging, or opposite.
Store Manager in Colorado

It was great working retail for as long as I did but the last 6 months have been the most stressful time of my entire career and life. The staffing situation is one thing that may be slightly out of our control as we slowly re hire employees. What is within the company's control is understanding the challenges of running a store with the bare minimum. Trying to lead business like 50% of our employees didn't just quit, get fired or leave has brought more stress and anxiety than could ever be put into words. Upper leadership keeps adding more things to management and reps plates when they cant even properly staff a whole shift let alone do the basic things without shorting the salesfloor or leaving operational things undone. This is a phenomenal business to work for but not in retail channel unfortunately.

It was an ok place to work. The pay and benefits were excellent but being in a cuatomer facing role can be hard. But the company as a whole is great and they provide good service.
Customer Service Advocate in Hilliard, OH

Worked in a call center that has since closed. It was okay. Pay was decent but the hours could have been better. We were customer service but were also expected to sell and cross sell with no additional compensation. Opportunities for advancement were limited as supervisors had their favorites. Maybe things are better now that they've moved to a work from home model.
Telesales Representative in Work from home

Job is stressful and they have a snake mentality to try to lure customer to buy the most expensive products or the ones they just dont need. Systems are a joke and never working properly. Micromanaging from higher ups is awful
