Definitely mixed responses, if you have half a brain than you are chewed up and spit out. I feel that the ASM roles are indentured servants and my role as manager 100% undermined by higher ups. Company lost incredibly talented individuals for no good reason.

Because of lack of upward mobility. Have put in paper work 5 times for a transfer. Nothing has happened. I understand not being able to transfer to the same position. This move happened quick. But lack of conversation and call backs from go . Has made it more and more likely I will be leaving . And I LOVE this company. I make great money . But family comes first.

I would stop the micromanagement and change the comp plan to a certain percentage of GP instead of having 500 qualifiers. You never know how much you truly should have because of the huge spreadsheets needed to explain the comp plans.
