Store base everyone works well with each other , work well as a team, once you go above SM it's the blame game, unprofessional , unethical, and disrespectful. No one can man up and be responsible for their own mistakes.

Store level is generally good, above store level is absolutely terrible. The coaching, learning, and growth stop when you get promoted, and it becomes a culture of blame.
