My schedule hours were from 8-4:30

M - f hours are 7a - 11p sat. & sun. 8a - 10p

I am unaware of the call center hours in Charlotte.

Not Often and never over 45 hours. Only time you get OT is if the manager doesn't catch it or if youre selling on the last day of the week.

Must work 3 shift

Good and bad calls it averages out. Usually the bad ones are company generated promised fios on certain day but have issues with orders or availability but still promised service. Yes must try to bridge to a sale on every call. Even if person tells you they need to reduce bill, you must attemp sale. If not face discipline.
