First off staff here are all mostly very rude. Secondly, there are various unprofessional reasons I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to work here. They don't pay time and a half for working on holidays. I was made to drive a vehicle that failed inspection, in which I went off the road a couple days after. This place is very disorganized and they have no regards to your personal life.

Vermont instituted a sick leave policy and paid holidays was converted to sick time. As for your personal life, you have a work schedule and are able to ask for time off with advance notice. VPI South is not the place for everyone.

Good place to help kids and to grow

I feel we do many amazing things for the kids we work with. I play with kids and help them learn coping skills. I role model for them how to handle certain situations. There are many people I feel I can talk to about anything and they have been there for me.
