Do not train and people are not liscenced,
Idk what else to say I guess try it out for yourselves , many people leave the company right away

Been with company for over two years now, Upper Management seems to only care about themselves, there is no structure when it comes to training, you learn on your own, if you cant grasp the concept before your 90 day probation period you are let go. Personal information leaks out that should not, and makes it very uncomfortable when certain issues pop up. HR is really not there to help which is sad as they are supposed to be there for the best interest of the company and employees. No holiday pay, vacation time cannot be used unless you can justify reason for taking it and ensure you have coverage, other wise you will loose out on getting paid. Commission checks are always wrong and you have to call to make sure you get the correct amount, they always want to add it to your next paycheck if you let them.

I love this company. You learn a lot by working here like how to not talk about personal life with other and keep your head down and just work, you sale and you get good money but if you don't then its just another min wage job but with a lot of work to be done.
