Do not work here

The 19.60 an hour and 8 hours OT every other week was tempting.. gave it a shot. Ridiculously hot environment.. very hard work depending where they place you. The 12 hour night shift is unbearable. The only benefit of working 12 hour shifts in blazing heat, at least to me, is getting overtime and getting sweet paychecks.. this is not the case here because of the way they split the hours up, 36 one...

No matter how hard you work or how good of a operator you are they don't care. The worst operator and the best operator still make the same money you don't get paid for skill or knowledge and management always lies about promotions. So if you take a job don't work any harder than there laziest employee because it won't get you anywhere
