A growing company with advancement opportunities, good pay & benefits and safe working environment.

This marks Versatrim's 25th Anniversary. Over the last year, the company introduced more amazing new products including: RSN low-profile stair nose, Versaflex flexible moldings, plus our Versatrim adhesive. And the advancements do not stop there; in the first quarter we successfully launched our new mobile friendly website. In the second quarter will launch a new e-Commerce on-line shopping platform with improved functionality and ease of use applications to help streamline the on-line order entry process. The new site will be a scalable robust platform that helps simplify backend complexities, highlights our high-end product offering, and enhances the customer journey. We have also made countless improvements to our manufacturing operations for safety and performance enhancements. On the horizon we will focus on geographic expansion, more investment in manufacturing, and acquisitions for Versatrim’s growth.We could not have come this far without the loyal support and hard work of each member of the Versatrim team and our customers. It's a great place to work!

Friendly and productive work place.

The growth and structuring that has been happening throughout Versatrim's manufacturing facility has had spectacular results! You feel heard and appreciated. Versatrim has grown a lot over the past 3 years. And personally I can't wait to see where we are headed next.

Productive workplace working towards a better company future

When I first came to the company I was told they were going through some "Growing Pains". This can cause some to have dissatisfaction. They have expanded the operating footprint to better suit their customers and are striving to improve themselves.

Great Management and great place to work

The management is amazing. The owner of the company even will help in any way possible. They have been very helpful during the pandemic. As long as you do your work and get the job done then this is an easy job.

Awesome Place to Work!!!

I have been employed with Versatrim for 3 years now. I can honestly say this is an absolute great place to work! The Manager I work for is very caring & family oriented. She constantly checks with each of us to make sure everything is going ok and that we are doing well. You can take any issue to her and she always makes sure she helps you resolve it. The Owner is the most down to earth, family oriented, caring, and friendly CEO I have ever worked for. He always strives to make time to hear some opinions or concerns you may have. If you go to him and say do you have a minute, his famous saying is “I will make a minute.” The VP/COO is very friendly and understanding. He is very busy, but strives to make time to help you with any aspect of the company and is very informative. All upper management is very understanding, caring, and always there to help. Versatrim is a company that I can see myself retiring from. It is an awesome place to work. Everyone gets along and we all work as a team here. Do yourself a favor, apply at Versatrim, and join our TEAM!!!!

Easy Going Work Environment with lots of Advancement Opportunities

I have been employed with Versatrim for a little over 5 years now, and have so far had a wonderful experience with both co-workers as well as the clientele I have come in contact with. Versatrim has always worked with me and my personal life as well as helped me to succeed and advance to new and exciting positions.

Valued as an employee, endless opportunity for growth

On my first day working here, I saw a man walking around my department. That man introduced his name to me and asked me what mine was. I could tell he wanted to learn more about me as a person. Little did I know that man was the owner of Versatrim. You hardly EVER see the owner of a company in your department, let alone introducing himself to you and genuinely caring about you as a person. That is a big thing with Versatrim that I have always valued from the start. There have been a few snags along the way which is expected for any job, but the owners and management at Versatrim really care for you as an employee and want to see you advance/succeed. I started as a Color Coordinator and within 3 months was offered a promotion to a new position. I was offered a decent pay increase and new duties that I had the creative freedom of doing. If the owner sees potential in his employees, he will act on it. Some of the warehouse employees here can be rude at times, but if there is ever a problem, HR will handle it immediately. Another note is that you will be worked hard. You will be valued and compensated but because Versatrim is so busy and booming, they require a good amount of work from their employees. This company is growing immensely and it has been a pleasure to see the growth first hand. I hope to be with Versatrim for a very long time, if not my entire career.

You be your own judge some like the job and others don’t; the turnover rate is extremely high. If you are looking to work hard and be unappreciated then this is the place for you.

Good turned bad

It stared off as a great place to work. You felt included and needed and your ideas were shared and used. However that changed. It became stressful, with certain groups and buddies and ideas were taken and used as others...

All I can say about this company that they are sexist & racist and they have alot of favoritism you cant get promoted for the job performance no u got promoted if you have a friend over there, bad communication , they new management are so bad they dont care about your personal issue.

Terrible

Honestly the absolute worst job I’ve ever worked at. Even if you’re desperate for a job I just wouldn’t recommend working there. There are probably 2 or 3 people there who would actually be willing to assist and the Manager will tell you that they are “to busy” to assist. Horrible management and horrible workers (aside from the 2 or 3 that I mentioned). The turn around rate is through the roof and it will only be a matter of time before it gets shutdown because ithe services offered are virtually useless.

Unfair work enviroment

There is no formal training, i was told i would recieve a week of training but instead i got two days. For the first 10 monthes we worked with no supervision and no human resources. For the most part it was family friendly environment until we where assigned a maneger under false pretense. She was introduced as someone coming to the department to "help" organize but later became a micro maneger. She did not like conversation that where not of her interest to go on in the room, all the thing we use to do where slowly being taken away. The human resource personel and her where friends which made it impossible to complain or get justice made. They together worked desperate to hire mainly one race which made it uncomfortable to work. They promise a fair raise which is really just based on one person opinion and not work preformance.
