We started Verus Bank in June 2005. With 300 local shareholders we remain the only locally owned bank based in Fort Collins. We named our Company "Verus" because it is loosely translated Latin for "right." High stress levels. Don't pay market wages.
Upper management is only worried about what their yearly bonuses will be. No regard for the employees that help make the profit so they can get their yearly bonuses. Profit is number one and they don't care who they step on.

Good workplace culture and co-workers are very friendly. Not a stressful environment and job work and life is well balanced. Management communicates to all staff.
