Salaries varies by location. Being a part of the Federal Government the Veterans Canteen Service uses salary tables. The tables are structured according to the locality rate of the area. As a result a Chief in one area my have a different salary than a Chief in a different area. Salary also depends on the size and volume of the canteen.
