Autonomy at its finest with a few drawbacks

The great thing is that you get to work autonomously. The drawback is that you have team leads who micromanage and watch your every move to try and get you fired. They have poor communication skills also. The atmosphere is quiet and everyone is working to meet their daily quota. You are frequently denied time off, but whatever.
