Interesting place

The attempt at a different type of work environment within veterinary medicine is noticeable. Unfortunately there are many similarities and issues within multiple hospitals that lead to burnout and unhappy employees. Toxic environment, unsupported team members, lack of training when it is truly needed, lack of accountability.
