After applying online, if you are a top candidate, you will be contacted by an internal recruiter via email for an initial screening interview. If you are chosen for an interview with the hiring manager, that would generally occur within a week or two, depending on schedules and availability. For some positions, there is an additional interview step. We would generally strive to have a hiring decision made in less than 30 days. If applying, please remember to check your email frequently for any communications related to the interviewing and hiring process.

Once a person is offered a position and the offer is accepted, we do a substance screen, criminal background check and motor vehicle record check. Once those checks are completed and cleared, we will then confirm a start date, and welcome you to your new career with Viaero!

Bring several hard copies of your resume to the interview. Be prepared to showcase your personal drive and motivation, and be prepared to provide examples from your work/school/personal life that demonstrate your strong qualities. I advise anyone to look at our website, our products & services, and think of some questions to ask your interviewers. As I tell people, be yourself, only better!

Our interview process consists of an initial screening interview, which is most often conducted by phone. If you are a top candidate, you are then scheduled for an onsite interview with the hiring manager(s). For certain positions, there can be a brief third interview, either by phone or in person. Our Recruiting team is always available via email to answer questions about careers, the company, and processes.
