Campaign Analyst (Current Employee) – Irvine, CA – June 12, 2017
Its a great place to learn about the business, the people you work with are kind and helpful. The biggest negative about the job is the compensation, you will be underpaid for the amount of time you put into the job. And don't expect a thank you from your management or sales team, its expected.
Claims Processor (Former Employee) – West Valley City, UT – March 22, 2017
Answering calls from medical service providers to answer questions about insurance claims, and settling in/out of network disputes. I learned how to use their data entry systems, and in turn learned how to be more organized. Management was fair and flexible. Normal office environment. The hardest part of the job is the amount of red tape that you sometimes must deal with. I always enjoyed resolving an issue between a patient and a provider.
Development Opportunities, Career Growth, Great Culture
Internal Employee (Current Employee) – Irvine, CA – January 6, 2017
Viant has a very engaging office culture that allows collaboration between different departments and the opportunity to develop and grow in different areas. The work/life balance is great, with flexible scheduling, time off and work from anywhere Fridays in the summer. Not to mention, having a stocked kitchen is a major plus. It's a collaborative atmosphere and fast-paced environment that makes working here exciting and challenging; in addition, management is extremely supportive and transparent.

Principal Data Scientist (Former Employee) – Irvine, CA – October 18, 2016
Very nice coworkers and office space. Great perks, benefits, and culture. The best parts are the family atmosphere and young, friendly colleagues. The company moves fast and may not be for everyone however. Since the Time Inc. acquisition, there are a lot of changes so you have to be agile and adapt quickly.
