24/7. They lie to you in the interview and say on call is monthly. What they don't tell you is that there are no other employees because they all quit and no new prospects to hire so ur forced to be on call or lose ur job.

I was blown away that there is no drug screen especially for hospice employees who are around narcotics and benzos on a daily basis!!

PM's are expected to do too much. It's not enough that you work 1400 billable hours, but you also work 50+ at a site each week. The most cut throat, back stabbing company ever.
