I applied online through the company's website after seeing an ad on a recruiting site. I uploaded a resume there and was later contacted by an HR representative who set up an interview at the facility. At the interview I talked through the activities on my resume including what portion of my time was spent on each, and was given a chance to ask questions. I took a short tour and looked at the products produced at this location.


After you accept the offer, you will have to do a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.

The longer your there the more you get but u had to make sure there was openings on the days u wanted


The turnover rate is so high that positions will open up often. The easiest time to be hired is during the hot months.
After the interview, and drug test you could be instantly hired, or may have to wait a couple weeks. Rarely much longer, but it does happen from time to time.
Once you are hired, you will do a 90 day probation period. If you miss too many days within that period, they will extend the period by another 60 days or so. The amount of allowed personal days for a new hire is 0 but it varies from person to person.
After 90 days, you become an employee. Sometimes they will start your insurance before your 90 days are up.


Standard 8-5 salary with lunch, flex as needed.
