Overall, working here was a good experience. I learned a lot about customer service and enjoyed the things that I gained from this employment opportunity.

Working at Victoria’s Secret was a ROLLER COASTER! I learn many things, not always the best way. My store manager was HORRIBLE! I’m so very happy she’s not longer working in there. Very stressful environment. Very FAST PACE.

Management and coworkers made me feel comfortable. Everyone is nice. Never bored, there’s always something to do. The pay was low, however, and breaks were short.

It used to be the very best place to work with great pay and benefits but something has changed in the past couple of years. Work from home is great and they used to have a need for overtime that you could pick up whenever you wanted but the needs of the business changed. They cut full time hours to bare minimum of 30 hours and do not allow you to pick up hours to get a decent paycheck. This usually happens every year but prior years they would allow you pick up someones shift as long as it did not put you in overtime. The stress of the job and dealing with customers on this level while adding KPIs that cannot be met due to the system is not worth recommending unless you are independently wealthy and want a discount.

there was a lot of stress to sell a certain amount of merchandise and sign a certain amount of people up for store credit cards they expected you to sign at least two people up for credit cards per hour
