Worked alongside staff that never worked in the Human Service field before which made the culture stressful. Since I was a weekend staff how staff operated during the week varied from how things were done over the weekend. Weekend staff stuck to the protocol whereas week day staff derailed from protocol and made exceptions which made dealing with clients - more ... frustrating. Harm Reduction motto so the same type of clients continuously returned to the program seeking treatment when they truly were't ready for treatment just looking for shelter and a bed. - less
