Project Manager (Current Employee) –  OfficeJuly 5, 2019
Victory woodworks is the best place I have ever worked. The environment is supportive and based on trust and collaboration. I am inspired to grow and learn and appreciate management's desire to facilitate this.

IGT Production Line Manager (Former Employee) –  Reno, NVNovember 10, 2018
A nice community of people, poor management and low standards. Enjoyed the work but did not appreciate the politics. Might be too relaxed of an environment for me personally.
Pros
fun, people orientated.
Cons
lack of direction and structure.

My supervisor was a fun guy so the atmosphere among us all was great. A small crew of 5 handled the warehouse here while I was working there. easiest was loading, hardest was unloading and transporting to job site

good atmosphere

Apprentice Cabinet Maker and Finisher (Former Employee) –  Sparks, NVSeptember 11, 2015
We were mainly building casino gaming boxes. Didn't like that they let 5 people go two days before Christmas. Of course I was one of them because I'd only been there 6 months.

Warehouse Manager (Former Employee) –  Sparks, NVJune 26, 2012
Get to work about 7am, get the pull list from across the street at the shop. Get all pull list together in specific order so that the CNC machine could cut it, and workers could then build it. Management was ok, I think that they could have shown me more instead of letting me make mistakes while trying to figure things out, it worked but it would have made things a whole lot easier. The hardest part of the job was that it was so new to me and I didnt really have time to figure things out before more got added to my plate, I eventually did but was laid off shortly after. The most enjoyable thing was actually knowing that I would be off on weekends to spend with my two small kids. Working Retail, you rarely get to make plans to do anything.
Pros
worked with good people.
Cons
unsteady work load
