DM never around and when you need help with customer escalation they never follow up or it takes a month.
They tell reps to use bundle prices but customers are sold things they don't even know there paying for. Ex: Your price today will be $300 and then they throw in accessories and tell customers they are free or part of the bundle they have to purchase.

Its a mixed bag. I love my job, and helping to lead sales people to do their best. I don't love the company I work for. Some days I am optimistic and excited, but then I hop on to group me and just get upset at the BS I am reading.
