Viking Cruises pays an hourly base rate to our Sales Consultants which is paid bi-weekly. Our commissions are paid monthly.

Vacation is earned as follows:
90 days to 5 years = 2 weeks yearly
5 years to 10 years = 3 weeks yearly
10 years to 15 years = 4 weeks yearly
15 years or more = 5 weeks yearly

Viking Call Center working hours effective Sunday July 16, 2017 will be:
Monday thru Friday from 4 am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday from 5am to 7pm
Call Center staff are assigned 8 hour shifts with a 45 minute lunch within those hours
initial shifts are assigned based on Call Center need while in training and thereafter done
by shift bid based on seniority and productivity.

Its growing like crazy - i feel like theres a new training class like every month- huge cruise fleet, amazing product that i feel proud to sell, theres some growing pains - but things have been getting even better than when i started - theres less micromanaging than before and more coaching and career opportunities so i think the future is bright

Im not sure what you mean, but not many people at this company have a bachelors, which for the job I have, which I would love if management did not make things so toxix, you dont' necessarily have to have a bachelors.
