My manager is GREAT, unfortunately there is whole other part of management that does not recognized the situations happening in the environment of the office. An unpleasant place to work is a recipe for failure. It does not help to improve, push and empower employees to work towards meeting the company’s goals.
Battles between departments and people - more... very disrespectful getting to catalog the issue as bulling many times. Management need to listen to their employees and take action on situation that happened repeatedly.
