Start shift, during training you do not recover tips and they chose a server to train you I assume based on who was there longer but they just through you in no real training so your not set up for success,

I worked there over the New Year Holiday for a week. The place seems to be run by a waitstaff person and not the owners. After I worked the week of the holiday weekend I asked about the next weeks schedule via text the owner said that he had left my pay and would let the "waiter" contact me. The New Years weekend was a bust and I was told I could go home at 11 after wasting my New Years Eve. In all I would not recommend this place to anyone who has long term goals as the staff when I started was almost all completely new and if their policy is to use people and then let them go without official notice it's not a place to try and find ongoing shifts.
