At first 50 hours a week doesn't sound too bad for management but then when you add driving time and the fact that there is still so much work to do outside of the 50 hours....not worth it.

In central Florida we get 5.25 a hour plus tips. Expect 90 to 120 dollars in tips for morning shifts. Evening shift probably 60 to 120. It is less consistent, but still good most of the time.

No bussers. Hostess and servers buss tables. you can get tiped out by servers if they feel fit or, if they want to. hostess make tips from to-go's.
